During the Atlanta stop of her Renaissance<\/em> Tour<\/a>, Bey made sure to emphasize Lizzo\u2019s name during her \u201cBreak My Soul (Queens Remix)\u201d performance, as well as include a special shoutout of support. Previously, Beyonc\u00e9 skipped over the Lizzo lyric in the song shortly after Lizzo\u2019s dancers filed a lawsuit alleging that she had harassed and created an unsafe working environment for them, so this \u201cBreak My Soul\u201d lyric change definitely caught everyone\u2019s attention.<\/p>\n During her Aug. 14 concert in Atlanta, GA, Beyonc\u00e9 used her \u201cBreak My Soul\u201d performance to send a message of love to Lizzo. The \u201cQueens Remix\u201d of the <\/a>Renaissance<\/a><\/em> single<\/a> namedrops dozens of influential female artists throughout history. Bey added some extra oomph when singing Lizzo\u2019s name at the show, and even shouted, \u201cI love you, Lizzo!\u201d afterwards. A fan-recorded video of the special shoutout quickly went viral on social media, considering Beyonc\u00e9 had recently skipped over singing Lizzo\u2019s name after the singer had become embroiled in a legal scandal.<\/p>\n On Aug. 1, a group of Lizzo\u2019s backup dancers filed a lawsuit against the performer<\/a>, claiming they experienced racial discrimination, sexual harassment, and an unsafe workplace while employed by Lizzo. Lizzo denied the claims in an Instagram statement<\/a>, calling them \u201cfalse allegations\u201d from former employees who had been \u201cinappropriate and unprofessional\u201d on tour.<\/p>\n Notably, the day that the lawsuit was filed, Beyonc\u00e9 omitted Lizzo\u2019s name during her \u201cBreak My Soul\u201d performance in Foxborough, MA.
